Want to improve performance and reliability on that older motor? This manifold adapter can be used to mount a late model CV carb or a Mikuni HSR 42 MM carb on Evolution Big Twin, Shovelhead, Panhead or Ironhead models with a 2 bolt flange style manifold. 

• Allows you to mount OEM late-model CV or Mikuni HSR-42 carbs on Evolution Big Twin, Shovelhead, Panhead or Ironhead models
  with two-bolt flange manifolds
• CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum
• Mounting holes are 2 3/4” on center
